Kunsthal Ghent is an experimental intersection for the presentation and development of contemporary art, located in a monumental fourteenth-century Carmelite monastery in the centre of Ghent since 2018.
Contributing to the conception of the gallery’s effervescent programme, I interned for Kunsthal Ghent on the realisation of exhibitions, public interventions and graphic design. A space bustling with radical activity, the organisations exploratory ethos induces an exciting experiment converging different fields of expertise and competence.
Engaged with a broad network of cultural organisations, posters for KU Leuven were created with supervision of graphic designer Valentijn Goethals. Through its combination of art, design and critical theory, Kunsthal Ghent places itself at the centre of international contemporary art.
